Swim focus pays off!

I had a great time at the U.S. Masters Swimming, Valentines Day Sweetheart meet last weekend at the WW Emmons Natatorium in Houston. Knocked 3 seconds off my 100 yd freestyle time, down to 1 min 21 secs, and knocked 3 seconds off my time for 50 yd breaststroke, down to 44.6 I have got into a new routine and great coaching at Dad's Club Swim Team. Looking forward to more swim meets in the near future!
